Our relationship with Vodafone blossomed after the Vodafone.co.uk work and more commissions followed including this, the MyVodafone project
The team initially took on the dashboard design with a range of pay monthly and pay as you go contracts requiring rendering. The project then moved over to a production phase requiring us to produce design work for the following sections:
- Billing and payments: presentation of a range of contract types from PAYM to PAYG and the nuanced permutations in-between
- Offers: from periodic deals, such as contract expiry to incentivisation of app usage and ad-hoc experiments
- Roaming: tiered offerings that either bolt on to an account or are offered as part of a bundle
- Tools: speed testers and wifi finders
- Help: automated chat based help within the app
There project was on site and ran for over a year, with the following strategic objectives being completed to the satisfaction of our client, Vodafone
They were as follows:
- Best in class: user centric design using interviews and diary studies to support our decision making along with high quality imagery, animation to finesse the interface and interactions
- Destination app: customer and brand needs delicately balanced so customers were encouraged to use the app
